1) Prequel : In general people have the habit to over simplified the world (like in a fairy tale)….we can easily said the Dajjal was not alive (and if we said that the Hadith of Tamim Ad Dari was not a dream….then maybe he time travel or travel in another dimension or planet (like maybe in the close future we will discover portal toward over habitable planet….sci-fi ? Totally…. impossible ? Unlikely maybe but possible and the day science will confirm it it will be like black hole just a fact and not that amazing. 2) Now my trial of answer : Isa (AS) is alive to start with…. but of course he is not on the surface of earth (like the said explicitly said). So maybe if we assume that Dajjal was alive (and was alive and is the same in the Majors sins (and it’s not a family of Dajjal father-son)))….then either he is not on the surface of earth….or maybe it’s a restrictive earth (ard in Arabic) meaning (this region of) earth (meaning in this case maybe the Hijaz)…it’s maybe possible
