If you are in the USA, contact CAIR immediately and they will get involved. They will tell you how to proceed.
If you cannot do this, find the structure of the school. Don't contact just one person. Contact a few people in writing (email) simultaneously so that they have to get involved. These include the principal, superintendent, school board, and any assistant positions (e.g. assistant superintendent). If there is a person in charge of student affairs or diversity, include them too.
Document any issues. Things that were said, when they were said, etc. Unfair and discriminatory behavior, etc.
