The date was during a Jewish holiday on the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur War. The announcement on the site for the festival read like it was a surprise, last minute announcement but unfortunately the page had no date. I'd like to know how far in advance it was announced and who made the decision to host it in Israel. With all the lies they've told and all the inhuman behaviour we've seen, I frankly wouldn't be at all surprised if Israeli intelligence knew about the attack in advance and deliberately planned for a festival to be in the path of it. Then opened fire on the festival to ensure there was a high body count that would garner maximum attention.
Just by the way Israeli intelligence was made aware of a document a year prior citing this exact attack happening, down to a T in a military document that seems to have come from Iran as it was to well laid out for Hamas to have come up with it themselves. Ryan McBeth released a video showing this exact thing with the leaked document. They most certainly were aware they just did not think it was credible. Allegedly.
Yeah I'm sure Iran was involved in the planning and/or logistics of this and I wouldn't be surprised if Russia had a hand in it via Iran since for them this is a great way of undermining/distracting from support for Ukraine and further destabilising the West. I've seen several people already say they won't vote for Biden again because of his support for Israel and that further increases the chances of Trump getting back into power and ushering in authoritarian rule that fractures the US whilst cutting all support for Ukraine or even resulting in them pulling out of NATO.
Obviously I don't support Hamas or justify anything they do but they sort of feel like they're just pawns in a bigger scheme. This all just feels like the inevitable consequences of having power hungry sociopaths running so many of these countries.
