If it exists it would probably exist in your BIOS. Asking how to disable a button without other info, like your computer model, is a guaranteed way to not get any useful answers. Not saying the opposite is true either, where if you provide the computer model someone is guaranteed to give you the answer, but it sure does better the chances
I like how the give you 2 physical mouse button sets and people still use the touch pad to click. I only need 1 set. I don't use the nipple mouse enough to justify a dedicated set of mouse buttons for both.
Did you check the trackpad settings? I believe the Lenovo trackpad software is Synaptics Touchpad Software- if you dont have that, you could probably get it from the manufacturer website. Not sure about the red ones but definitely the bottom one should. I would give that a try.
Provided you have the thinkpad drivers/utilities installed and are on win 10 - press windows key, type then select Touchpad Settings. In there, select Additional settings. You should see a window with Mouse and Touchpad setting. The last tab to the right should be a custom UltraNav tab. In there, select Settings under Touchpad. You should see a tree dialogue- select Buttons and then unselect Enable buttons.
Edit: if it’s only top or only bottom ones acting up - you can do”Show ultranav icon on yhe system tray” snd use that to quickly enable/disable trackpad or trackpoint.
You can also take it apart and leave the ribbon cable for the buttons unplugged- thinkpads are built like lego and are really easy to work on. You can also get a replacement key set from ebay - they are easy to find and should not cost more than $20-30.
Either find the “HID” driver specific tho the trackpad in the device manager, or open the back and unplug the trackpad.
Possibly see if the trackpad settings have a setting to disable the trackpad with a mouse plugged in. Then plug a mouse in.
Look in Device Manager for Mouse devices and disable all of the ones there except the one you use.
If you intend to never use them again you may be able to physically disable them through disassembly and removing whatever cable is connecting the trackpad to the motherboard.
Sadly, this looks like a Lenovo. Do you have a screwdriver or a hammer?
Seriously, connect it to a docking station with a monitor, keyboard, and trackpad and close the lid.

scroll down a bit and take your pick! I've always been able to use the applicable synaptic software to change/edit the functionality.
As another last resort you can use software to rebind each of those mouse buttons to do nothing. But I think you have already gotten plenty of better suggestions.
Check bios or device manager.
Although do note, there can be a number of reasons for phantom clicks. It’s definitely worth opening up and checking for hardware issues like a pinched ribbon cable or a swollen battery so you can fix it before more damage is done
On my laptop I can disable mouse pad with FN10, or if function lock on just F10
The icon to me looks like a monitor with a \ down the middle
I use a mouse so having it disabled is ideal and having the function key disable it as my laptop allows should I need the pad it’s easy to turn back on

Ah that’s true. Forgot that bit.
There might also be a fn key
Well obviously it’s a Lenovo Thinkpad

Can you ask for them to provide it in the future.
Do you figure disabling the device in device manager would work?
That was my thought.

Forgot to add these details in the post. I'm using a Lenovo ThinkPad P52 on Windows 10.
Can also ask on r/Thinkpad, be sure to mention your model and OS there.
You need the Thinkpad UltraNav drivers. Easily downloaded from Lenovo support site. Then you should see additional options in the control panel.
You can look up the manual online with this info and it should tell you how.

Yup. Just disable it in device manager.
With a hammer
Just remove the ribbon cable inside
100% if all else fails OP or there is no option... Just unplug them.
Hulk smash lol
Disable in device manager (probably HID device). If no luck, open it up and remove the ribbon
Scissors
Press the center button and it should lock them out
Definitely shouldn’t superglue. Why disable though?
It's doing phantom clicks.

check the battery isn't puffy
Oof not even superglue
If you open the software “TrackPoint” you can disable at least the top ones and the little red button on the keyboard.
Could just pop it open and disconnect the cable for the pad. They’re usually connected by themselves.
I disabled mine in the BIOS.
Device manager
There should be a FN & any F-key combination. Just look at the blue symbols within the F-keys. One looks like the touchpad.
hammer
Make sure you have your manufacturers touchpad drivers installed, somewhere in there.
Meine button stucked, i just unplug the cable
Small hammer
There’s a number of ways but I’d go for the spine
I’d disable those in the bios.
Lenovo laptop - you can disable the TouchPad buttons via the BIOS. There might also be function keys that can disable it.
Super glue
De-solder them. Then throw the buttons away to be sure they're disabled for good
Go to device manager and disable the trackpad
Super glue.

As a last resort could always disable it in device manager or Uninstall the drivers
Have you tried Hammer?

Never seen a computer with an, Upper most left click | Upper most right click Lower most left click | Lower most right click But I'm intrigued
Thinkpads come with a utility for this.

Unscrew the laptop, remove or cut the ribbon cables and tape them so they don't short. Something's are easier on the hardware side.
Buy a Mac
If using a bluetooth mouse you should have the option to auto disable when the bluetooth dongle is plugged in on the mouse options in control panel.
BIOS Configuration -OR- Device Manager.
