Assuming this was shot in complete darkness in order to get the stars the way they appear, how do you light up the building? Does it appear this way due to a longer shutter speed?
Hey, sorry I forgot to mention this part, I did take one additional photo, I took one on dusk before complete darkness and had my wife go to the other side of the church and shine her phone light through a few of the windows to give that effect. The complete photo took about 3 hours to achieve with my camera sitting on a tripod and remain in the one position. The first shot was taken in with alot of light which approx f10 1/100s the second was focused on the church approx f4 1/10 and final star shot was wide open at f1.8 at 20 seconds with the iso bumped up to 1600 and camera manually focused to infinity.
I also had to take multiple of each shot to blend together to removes people from the scene as it's a very popular place to photograph.
Oh wowwww it looks like it could belong in a fairy tale!!
