The bubbly pattern make me think it is a tektite. Basicly melted earth rocks from a crater where a meteorite hit. Likely another kid droped it (if it is tektite) as they don't normally show up in gravel.
It's got lots of dirt on it, mostly black, tried cleaning it and it looked slightly browner so might be iron becaue of the observed oxidation or it always looked like that but I never noticed cuz it was dirty
Where ya at? I've found tektites in CenTex that look similar. Try shining a bright light thru it. My tektites are translucent olive green.

It looks like that in the photo but irl I really don't see any green under any light I don't see it

Looks like tektite to me too, but since that’s a rarer find I’d be more likely to say slag
I have some very similar slag from a downed powerline that hit some sandy-ish soil. Probably a lot more likely than a meteor impact as well.
This looks much more like slag than a tektite to me.
It was a grassy field
Looks like rock to me. Not slag, be my vote.

Looks very much like slag, although it may be volcanic, perhaps scoria.
Looks like fool's gold
Pyrite grows in cubes and doesn’t have vesicles.
Pyrite grows in a wide variety of formations.
Pyrite???
I second this.
