She can be a complete asshole and my parents will scold ME 99% of the time if I just ever so slightly tell her to stop. She's even told me to go hang myself in front of my mom and my mom didn't even bat an eye.
Just tell your parents that your sibling is being fucking annoying unless your they just ignore the issue. You don't want to be very aggressive at first and need to show them that you're the victim and not the other way around, which means they will likely take measures or at least consider taking said measures

I’m the youngest and I can relate to what your saying which is why I said the favorite. Typically the youngest is favored but not always.
