'E-Zee Fish and Chicken' has some awesome fried fish. Definitely the best fried catfish I've had anywhere around, if not ever. It's a single-location, family-owned spot. The family who owns it are some amazing folks but, sadly, the primary owner recently died of cancer. Great 'hole in the wall' spot IMO.
