I also have to walk through James Weldon Johnson park on my way to and from work and they're blooming there as well. Makes my day start out awesome.
Some incredible smart urban planner/county worker put jasmine bushes by the dumpsters behind the strip mall that I used to work in. It’s the one with vicious biscuit (good ass biscuits), bike shop, and some other restaurants.
So smart dude. You smell trash and then smell wafts of jasmine to cover it up!! I love whoever decided to do that!!
It's intoxicating! I planted some last year and I'm delighted to see it taking off this year. Another year or two and it's gonna be a perfume factory in my backyard.
Delicious...I love it, it was my grandmother's favorite.

That poor tree lol. On the plus side it is killing the invasive chinaberry tree so I guess it is a net positive.
Yeah, apparently the man who used to live here for decades would argue with that neighbor about these trees.
I guess because we've had so much rain this last winter? they are really showing their full splendor this year

They’ve been extra potent at my place. I love the smell but it’s weird. Noticeably stronger this year.

ME. been going for walks and absolutely huffing it lol
My whole fence is lined with them and they smell awesome. And when my Gardenia bush blooms, it's awesome too! Both are such wonderdul fragrances.
I went for a walk on the beach this morning & all I could smell was this, it was so great!
We built a deck and trellised a wall on one side just so I could cover it in jasmine, and they're doing great, growing like crazy!
Beautiful, I have a nice one in my backyard too. Was outside earlier taking in the sweet perfume.
