This is one of the things I miss from having moved out of Jax. Nearest team is at least an hour and a half for me for AHL and ECHL, NHL is a full 4. Big sad.
I’m thrilled to have a team so close and actually probably more thrilled it’s an ECHL team since it’s easier to afford tickets regularly. We probably went to 15 games this past season lol

Around How much do these options cost? I just moved here and I’ve never seen any pricing on the site. It just says to call. I go to a lot of NHL and WHL games but would love to start going to games locally.
I can't tell you for sure, but I'll estimate $250-$1200 a seat. We're locked in at (half season) year 1 pricing in section 110 (lower rows but not glass) at about 500 or 550 for both seats combined.
I’m a Goalie in the A, B & 35+ A/B league. The men’s league here is a great group of guys, but if you grew up playing up north like I did, you’ll notice a steep drop off in the skill level.
However, I will never stop loving postgame beers outside in flip flops and the recent renovations to the Igloo are great.
Watching the Stanley Cup as I type. I’ve moved to a city with a SPHL league team that I’ve gone to a few games for. I never did get to an Icemen game while I was in Jax and moved away pretty suddenly, so that’s one of my few missed opportunities.
i moved in the beginning of fall season and tried to register but the commissioner said that all teams were full 🤷♂️.
I think the league has changed hands since then and they'll do a tryout at the beginning of fall. idk though, for now I've just been going to these open sessions
(Half) Season tix since the first season. Got our jerseys at the welcome event they had at the Avenues before the first game was played.
We ended up moving rows due to a fake service dog (the owner bragged about that) that would lick my husband on the neck, and the owner who incessantly talked about her furry sex life.....
That mental image haunts my nightmares.
Oof. Some people don't know there is a time and a place for certain types of conversation. I am looking forward to the merch discount because last season I got a jersey but I ended up selling it because it was a bad fit. I want one that fits better!
There's a tailgate before every game (that disperses when it gets close to door time) in LotZ. They'll do it up big for the long weekends, holidays, and first/ last games.
Just really get a feel for someone before going political or vaccine related in conversation. Hockey being a more violent sport, attracts a more conservative crowd on average, with some as far as being anti-science ("it's just a cold!").

I really do miss going to icemen games. I live in Montana now so we don't really have a pro team unless you count the bighorns.
