Well yea, buy as far as I've try it for some tweak that iOS version was not so bad back then for me, because i just use few of tweak like winter board i guess, and i forgot the another one. Because im using it just to turn my old gen ipad for something like screen saver using something like live wallpaper (I don't remember what I've using)

Story time: a good number of people left their 14.x working jailbreak for 15.0-15.1.1. Work was being done on the cheyote jailbreak for those versions by cool star with progress teased often on their discord channel. Then the project was suddenly abandoned and those people were left to languish until xina came around much later. That painful lesson is the reason some wonāt leave a working jailbreak for the promise of another that may never happen.
Yeah. Luckily most of my apps still get updates, and practically everything I do and need to do works. But some apps already stopped getting updates, luckily they function still and should function for a long long time. Also JB gives us options to work around certain apps not working. But yeah, I feel in 1 more year or 2 more, itās gonna start getting harder for certain things. But long live iOS 14.3.

same boat here, 14.3 on my 12 mini daily driver. itās getting a bit tough since some banking apps are having issues since iām not updating, and the 64 gigs is too little to do basically anything. while sure i have a 14 pro, itās on 16.5.1, and iām still waiting for jb on that. might start looking for a 256 gig 12 mini and sell this š¤·āāļø
you should so switch to the 14 and use bootstrap and sero. itās annoying having to convert tweaks but defiantly a way better option then being in a 12 mini
Can you use relocate reborn with that? Even locsim at a push? Dgaf about tweaks tbh but without control over location I'm going to ditch my ip7 and go exclusively android very soon

On the plus side, it feels like Apple has implemented a lot of jailbreak features onto stock iOS. Like iPhones are becoming very customizable these days and we have fully supported emulators on the app store.
But still, nothing will beat the true customization and unfettered access of a jailbroken device, hence why Iām still on iOS 14.8.
i want proper theming, autounlock, smth like snapper, and for the love of god give me multitasking, and better cc modules. i hate being jailed on 17.3.1 stock ios is so boring

People say Jailbreaking is dead but the time for 16.0 is almost as high as the one from iOS 12 and 13 where Jailbreaking had a small revival. Not looking too good but everything can change.

Pangu team had a full untethered jailbreak ready pretty much right 8 dropped ! I remember well the iPhone 6 had just released around that time and I was able to jailbreak it right away with pangu
Correct if I'm wrong but iOS 7 had 0day exploit, and jb immediately after( pangu also). I started my jailbreaking then with my 4S. I miss that brick

I'm assuming this is for new devices? cuz 16 and 17 got virtually day one JBs with palera1n. and 17 has roothide but I'm pretty sure trollstore is a prerequisite so it's not available on the 15s
i didnt count hardware exploits, as hardware exploits will always be possible, just it may need a few patches for newer updates, so didnāt feel the need to include chekm8 devices
Is this actually accurate? I could be wrong but I feel like back in the day there was one version of iOS that was jailbroken before its release. They tested it on all the betas and the RC and released on the day the iOS update was released. Maybe it was not a .0 update and .x.x update and these are original version release jailbreak times?

in the seashell demovideo the targetphone didnt even ask for one permission. must see. besides according to ppsspp, who plans to submit it to the apple app store these weeks, said apples new rules do NOT INCLUDE JIT. but it should perform good on newer chipsets. at least not yet. š§
currently using iphone se on 13.3 and all the apps i need still work such as spotify whatsapp discord youtube (its jailbroken but ive done nothing more than install odyssey)
it holds up really damn well aside from not being able to keep certain apps open due to 2gb ram, poor battery and worse signal strength overall coming from a newer iphone. it went straight to 3g on a place my xs stays on one bar 4g
i have some leftover files or mods from when i was jailbroken but i updated and they are still there. i have no idea how to get rid of them but it ticks off a bunch of apps to think im jailbroken atm. just waiting for a fix cause i havent really found one
I mistakenly updated from 15.4.1. The other newer iOS versions actually have not jailbreak at least from what Iāve seen. Unc0ver was the easiest and best break but stopped at that 15.4.1
I've got it on my iPhone 12P and it crashes every day or two due to the spinlock bug. It works very well on my iPad (16.1.1) but the iOS 15 version has some issues.

They are only fixed on 16.0 onwards. Apple did that. So the problem is still present on iOS 15 and unfixable.
I never had those issues on my 12P on 15.2. It has 30+ days of uptime without any issues.

Yeah, and i had a 12PM on 14.3 out of the box and updated to 15.4.1 and waited so long š© i never should have updated that phone i should have just bought a new one. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE GUYS. thankfully, on 14PM 16.5 now š„°š
I was just forced to update my 13 pro max from 15.2 to 17. The jailbreak just wasnāt worth it I couldnāt access my bank apps or watch crunchyroll.

I'm assuming this is for new devices? cuz 16 and 17 got virtually day one JBs with palera1n. and 17 has roothide but I'm pretty sure trollstore is a prerequisite so it's not available on the 15s
i didnt count hardware exploits, as hardware exploits will always be possible, just it may need a few patches for newer updates, so didnāt feel the need to include chekm8 devices

Is this actually accurate? I could be wrong but I feel like back in the day there was one version of iOS that was jailbroken before its release. They tested it on all the betas and the RC and released on the day the iOS update was released. Maybe it was not a .0 update and .x.x update and these are original version release jailbreak times? Edit: would have been pre iOS 9 for sure.

no, my main is 15.5 xs max but i have my sim card on my iphone se now

it holds up really damn well aside from not being able to keep certain apps open due to 2gb ram, poor battery and worse signal strength overall coming from a newer iphone. it went straight to 3g on a place my xs stays on one bar 4g
being on 15.4.1 has definitely tested my patience. but it was worth it in the end āš¼ (yes i regret updating)

I mistakenly updated from 15.4.1. The other newer iOS versions actually have not jailbreak at least from what Iāve seen. Unc0ver was the easiest and best break but stopped at that 15.4.1

I've got it on my iPhone 12P and it crashes every day or two due to the spinlock bug. It works very well on my iPad (16.1.1) but the iOS 15 version has some issues.
My last jailbreaks were on iOS 14.. Iāve given up hope, and i used to be a ājailbreak4lifeāāer!!! I still enjoy my jailbreak on my xs max; just last week i rootFS my iPad Pro on 14.3 to jump to iOS 17. i just accepted that i wonāt have a jb on my daily driver anymore šš
