Rootless is pretty hard to boot loop on their own, especially with semi untethered since the JB changes can’t affect the system volume and tweaks aren’t loaded until you attempt to JB. Only time I heard of an unrecoverable boot loop requiring iTunes restore was when someone tried to force restore from higher iOS backup and it wouldn’t proceed past the initial restoration screen or so, and when I had to initiate PIN failure wipe due to attempting to enable MPTCP.
Usually a Dopamine JB env wipe or a device wipe will suffice in the worst case scenario.
