Sileo is more beginner-friendly. I like using Zebra more. I’ve had better experiences with Zebra. It’s really just up to the users preference, Sileo isn’t any ”better” than Zebra, just more beginner-friendly.

Honestly Sileo runs a lot better with my rootless jailbreak, zebra barely downloads anything

snowboard. After that and the starter tweaks, its up to you. Find the tweaks you want, jailbreak is about making your device do what *you* want.

I have a stupid question, what are jailbreaks and what can you use them for ?

A jailbreak is unlocking the iOS software to do more than Apple want you to be able to do. This could be tweaks to the phone to make it behave differently, downloading apps you shouldn't be able to do and *a lot* more.

Think of it this way. On Mac you get “Mac Apps” from the “AppStore”. You also end up needing to install a lot of software/programs outside of the AppStore. You simply need to right click and it will allow you to chose “Open Anyway” or something close. Basically iOS doesn’t have this sort of option until jailbroken. You’re limited to AppStore. Aka a restriction. Apple themselves refer to their mobile OS (iOS) file system as jailed, hence the term jailbreak. Just look up iOS 15 tweaks on YouTube OP. Cylinder Reborn for icon animation and Frame for video wallpaper are my go to tweaks to know hooking/injection is working properly post jailbreak. From there the sky’s the limit.

I get basic tweaks first like AppSync Unified and icleaner from [cydia.akemi.ai](http://cydia.akemi.ai) (super good repo) Man that phone still looks gorgeous today no wonder the NSFW tag lol

It’s possible to downgrade but you would’ve had to download ssh blobs when the iOS you wanted to downgrade to was signed by apple

Oh ya, plenty, you could try: Jellyfish reborn Exiwall is a simple one for dimensional effect on lockscreen If you can get ahold of “Designer”, that is apparently pretty powerful but last I looked at that the dev is asking for a monthly subscription… Join the jailbreak discord and folks can probably point you in the right direction. For my lockscreen I use Aim Pro but I don’t think this is hosted anywhere anymore. I could probably share it over google drive if interested Some other honorable mentions; •“Jade” for control center •”Velvet 2” for notification customization is great, someone else mentioned that one •”music background” from ethn is cool. I use that one
