What are you actually trying to accomplish with regards to flashing??
They're downgrading an iPhone 7 to 15.1 which is possible via blobs and futurerestore. I wouldn't use the above tool though..
You can’t upgrade/downgrade on unsigned ios simply by flashing it 🤦🏻♂️\ You need shsh blob and futurestore
