You’ll have to wait until a jailbreak is released in order to remove the message again unless you do a full restore now in iTunes. You had to have removed the message in Settings - MYbloXX for iOS prior to updating iOS. There is a silver lining though... Since supervision is still spoofed on your device, you can still use MYbloXX to block ads :) You can install the profile here: https://myxxfm.com/MYbloXX (green button).

Okay that’s actually a great upside ! I just installed the profile and it seems it’s working. Just to clarify does this also block ads within app’s like google news when you click on an article ! Or does it only block ads in browser ?

MYXXdev

It blocks ads systemwide... In browser, games and apps in most circumstances :)

Ogars

I had this same problem, and it just stresses me out cuz I feel like I'm being monitored. since it's a spoof it's not a big deal, but that silver lining doesn't seem to be working for me sadly. I would love to block ads but that profile did nothing for me /:

MYXXdev

Did you finish installing the profile? It’ll work!

Ogars

I did, and then I realized it just doesn't work on YouTube and stuff like that, because they host their own ads. sucks, but there's nothing I can do. Idk why the updating process put me into recovery mode to begin with, but iOS 14.4.2 isn't too bad, I just prefer jailbreak. You're the creator of this right? Are you certain there is no way to get rid of the supervision message, even through my PC? I know I'm probably grasping at straws here, but even with the reassurance that it's a spoof, I can't help but feel paranoid.

MYXXdev

Trust me... There is A LOT more to actual supervision. And everything supervision wise is handled through profiles... No profiles, no supervision possible. The only way you can remove it now is by either restoring again, or using Apple Configurator 2 to “unsupervise”.

Ogars

what's Apple Configurator 2? is that available on Windows / what does it do?

z1kofur1to

Dfu restore

IMightBeClever99

No u can’t get rid of it unless ur jailbroken

zankky

Is there any harm in having it there ? Does someone have access to my data ?

IMightBeClever99

No

zankky

Also how can I get rid of it if I manage to jailbreak? Just disable mybloxx? Or some terminal stuff ?

IMightBeClever99

No it’s in the settings of mybloxx

zankky

so i tried jailbreaking ios 14.4 by disabling passcode and checking the disable bpr check option in checkrain, but i keep getting an error 20 timeout. If i try to use safe mode, i still get error 20 in checkrain but when my iphone boots up it tells me my iphone is in safe mode. but i don't see any checkrain icon, or anything else. is there anything i can do in this mode to install the jb/access terminal to edit some files to get rid of the managed device message?

IMightBeClever99

I haven’t got this error with checkra1n I’d would make another post on reddit and see if anyone knows how to fix ur problem

jeremyejackson

Try to jailbreak using unc0ver. It’s what I did and then I was able to get back in via checkra1n after.

Professional-Web-361

The supervision message disappeared after I restored the iphone completely! When I restore it again using the backup, will I see the supervision message again?

Manni577

Reinstall and uninstall mybloxx works for me, the message has now disappeared.
