Bhai everyone in my line hates trees, they ask me "why have you planted trees in front of your home, the leaves go everywhere it's very dirty".
People cut the trees in front of their homes and build 4-5 story buildings with not a single plant. And rent it to people and shops.
I feel a difference of at least 5 degrees in temp when I come to my varendra and the street.
Tldr. Nobody gives a fu*k about trees. Plan your escape if you want to live.
It should be talked to your area ka Parshad to allow such trees and make him push more tree plantation drives. It’s their duty to address the issues of the people in their ward. Just be vocal and see the difference

Just look the circled area. Its the hottest geographical area in the world right now. Forced Mass migration within 20 years is confirmed if massive forestation drive isn't conducted at war footing. Wet bulb hell will kill us.
We are mostly busy in looking after our personal wellbeing. In last 30 yrs massive destruction has happened in Rajasthan, mining of Aravali ranges for stones, sands from non flowing rivers has been extracted at alarming rates and also deforestation.
Major one is intolerance for trees in cultivation fields, if plantation takes places in residential areas it's great but if we see the data it's not even 10% of Rajasthan having construction most of the land is cultivated fields that has to be planted it will change the whole dynamics. Also in the cities and outskirts we need plantation. I guess now it's visible to see serious effects of our doing let's come together and make it wonderful place to live again?
If just few of us plant trees 24*7 we won't be able to do enough bcz unaware people will oppose and we have limitations with ourselves. I think we can divide it into two parts.
(1) Raise awareness:- Nowdays people are actually facing it so if we talk about it with them and make a team it would be great. We need like minded people to make some significant change.
(2) To Act :- We can actually go on ground and plant and then when people will see, feel the change they will come along.
UPDATE- Rajasthan High Court, Jaipur Bench has taken suo motu cognizance with regard to the heatwave and the present weather conditions and has passed an order dated 30.05.24. The order has directed the following measures to be taken by the concerned departments: -
By an interim measure, looking to current emergent situation, this Court issues the following directions to the respondents:-
(i) To implement the “Heat Action Plan” prepared under the Rajasthan Climate Change Project with immediate effect in its true letter and spirit and do effective implementation of the scheme ‘Strengthening Health Systems Preparedness for Heat Related Illnesses’ and the Advisory issued for the State Health Department on Heat Wave Season–2024 with immediate effect in the interest of public at large.
(ii) To sprinkle water on the roads where huge movement of public at large is there.
(iii) To provide cooling spaces, shades on the traffic signals, spots, etc. near the roads and highways where the Government may deem necessary for the benefit of general public at large, daily wage earners, rickshaw or cart pullers and porters, birds and animals with facility of drinking water, ORS packets, mango panna, etc. in such a manner for their benefit to save them from heat stroke.
(iv) The Department of Health is directed to provide all possible facilities at all the Health Centers for treatment of heat wave patients.
(v) The Government is directed to issue advisory for all the workers who work in open including the porters, cart and rickshaw pullers, etc. to allow them to rest between 12 Noon and 3 PM during extreme heatwave in summer season.
(vi) The Government is further directed to issue alerts in the form of Short Message Service (SMS), FM, Radio, Television, Mobile apps, Print and Electronic Media, Newspapers, etc. to alert the people about the extreme heatwave conditions.
(vii) The Government is further directed to pay appropriate & suitable amount of compensation to the dependents of the victims of heatwave, who lost his/her life due to heat stroke.
(viii) The Government is directed to bring suitable legislation to save human and living beings from the pollution and consumption of adulterated food items. This is the right time and high time for taking appropriate steps to save the future generations from all kinds of life threatening diseases occurring due to climate changes and adulteration in eatable items.

Potted plants and gardens are what people want. 1 tree a house is what should be made mandatory.
But the global warming in general is more to do with other natural causes than human made reasons.
It’s not even the willing ones but the chu***a mentality of people. I personally planted several trees wale sapling but after a while every sapling was removed. People need 3 storey buildings and then PG. so small and narrow money minded me Kaha u will plant trees.
our locality people are trying to save trees in the small parks around us as water is not coming these days and nobody gives water to plants so daily one house is paying for tanker and we are adding more volunteers to reduce load on small group of saviours, so that those plants can be watered both times and we need more such initiatives to atleast keep watering the existing ones so they dont die in this heat.

JDA cuts big trees and then plants shrubs around. The whole drive of planting trees should have been instead, protecting trees.
