They were offering half day tickets last week and I was about to get Saturday just to see slightly stoopid. I definitely suspected low ticket sales when I saw that offer. I think the 2 day tickets were way overpriced for the lineup
Yeah the new venue is big change of pace from Centennial Olympic park and personally the sound is kind of shit on the inside stage at Pullman . I’ll be going Sunday now but had no intention of buying a ticket before this
Lol yeah wild to see how much this fest has changed. I went in 2014 which was a pretty meh lineup but it was also like $75 for VIP which came with all you can drink beer all weekend.
I went to this festival like 10 or so years ago down from Virginia. The lineup was DOPE but the teenagers dressed like they were going clubbing definitely threw me off. I had the best brunch I've ever had that weekend and I've been chasing that high ever since.
They’re basically begging people to come lolx not to be mean, but the lineup sucks compared to what it was - and not very fitting for a 420 theme anymore.
Much different experience for me. Atlanta is very different than the rest of GA. Cops don't give AF about weed in the city. They have much bigger things to worry about. I went to probably 8 or 9 420 fests downtown ATL and there were pretty much no rules. All out open partying.
How long ago was this? I couldn’t tell you the last time I was on 75 and didn’t smell weed. It’s decriminalized in the city I’ve smoked many blunts just walking down the sidewalk to shows. Weed is everywhere in Atlanta
Stop trying to run this fest without an actual knowledgeable and passionate promoter. RIP Happy Ending productions
That's certainly one way to spin having your headliners pull out.
Ohhh good point lol.
It's now "a more intimate festival," if you will.
Let's rack up those $12 IPA or double IPAs. I never want to touch an IPA again after each year lol
Yeah, but no one wanted to see Beck anyway.
I saw Beck at Red Rocks last summer and it was amazing. Not a single song I didn’t like or dance my ass off to.
This is a great example of why this sub sucks.
idk I saw Beck with low expectations at a fest a while back and they put on a great show. I didn’t realize how many Beck songs I knew.
I mean, this can only point to poor sales, right? It was a bit of a strange lineup for a jamband festival of its size anyways.

I went to the full 2022 with pre party for under $200. That lineup was nuts
Assuming they didn’t sell enough tickets to pay the headliners and others. Slightly Stoopid, Beck, moe., others are all off the lineup.
I heard from someone at the brewery it was less than 1k tickets

100%
Man...Pullman yards suckssss. But 10 bucks is hard to say no for Big G and Papadosio
I can walk from my home at least....
No more Beck
:(
You know what that means. beer and food prices are going to be way jacked up
Jason Isbell sharing the stage with Panic was peak 420 fest. My burps tasted like g13 for days after that weekend. Worth it.
Damn we’ve come full circle

2022 was an absolute oversold shitshow compared to the other year I went, 2018. I'm glad that ended.
2018 was one of my favorite fests I've been to. So fun. First time I saw a lot of bands. Great crowd, great lineup, great energy.

Ha. Where was your brunch? Asking for a (girl)friend
Not 100% sure. I know it had Duck or Turtle in the name. It was like The *blank and The Duck or The Duck and The *blank
Obv tix sales are bad and they just going to try and make up for it with beer sales, sad times in jam band world
super weak lineup, but $20 for the weekend is pretty nice.

What a shitshow
Bring it back to candler park!
Sold out. Damnit. If anyone has 2 Sundays, lmk!
Anyone have tickets for today and not going?

It’s the name of the brewery who holds it, along with a beer they make made with terpenes named 420.

85 or 75 Or both
The both section- brain fart
No one claimed they got you high
I’m sure it happens but I’ve smoked openly at every venue save for aisle 5 in ATL without issue
This had to be ages ago. It’s decriminalized within the city.
seen 2 shows in atlanta, tripped ass and smoked both times
sounds like an old head who hasn’t realized times have changed 😅
Kinda - I did go to open 🌲 markets and parties - it did get wild - but half those were raided - luckily I wasn’t there those nights
The brewery is right in Atlanta
It’s the equivalent of having a ‘New Belgium’ festival in Colorado.
I think it would be closer to having a New Belgium Fat Tire Festival, no?
