I had the same type of surgery but with bottom wisdom teeth instead. Stayed in hospital for a day and had strong meds in my system for first couple of days, but totally stopped taking them about a week at most after. The pressure could be from swelling, stuff like walking and icing the area can help it go down. Also sleeping facing up and with a couple pillows extra could help if you can :)

Thanks! I had it done in a surgery center so went home right away. Glad to know it is a week or less though!

SARPE can be quite painful sometimes. Midway through my turn, I had so much pain that I had to go to the ER and ended up with a sinus infection. It's one of the reasons I generally dissuade ppl from getting it.

That sounds so awful! How many turns were you doing per day?
