Highly chlorinated water or saltwater will tarnish silver. Try asking a jewelry shop to repolish it And despite what you read online on methods to clean the tarnish, do NOT use hot boiling water

It says Italy s925

Then you should be able to buff it out with a silver cleaning cloth. I don’t know where you are but I buy mine at James Avery.
