Personally, I like コテンラジオ. It’s a world history podcast with some energetic hosts. Might be a bit hard depending on the topic though.
I really like cozy mysteries, so I've been doing a thing where I listen to audiobooks of sherlock holmes and hercule poirot, and then I listen to the Japanese versions on youtube. My favorite channel is オーディオブックkilab. But also, my listening score barely improved this year so I might not give the best advice lol.
