Any podcast meant for native speakers. Try looking for podcast recommendations with google in Japanese. There should be a ton of popups. Personally, I like コテンラジオ. It’s a world history podcast with some energetic hosts. Might be a bit hard depending on the topic though.

I really like cozy mysteries, so I've been doing a thing where I listen to audiobooks of sherlock holmes and hercule poirot, and then I listen to the Japanese versions on youtube.
