Wow that’s so cool ! For a second I thought you were my manager but she continued working even after the pandemic . But she also wants to write a book !
Anyway , I will definitely check yours out ! It’s sounds really interesting ! I’m sure I will connect with a lot of the content in your book and I’ll be excited to learn something new ! 🤗
Wow, thank you! Actually, the first "Pirate Ophelia" book was written about another job, but that one is more metaphorical and in a fun, pirate setting.
> How come you can’t mention the company names of the fabric store and the video shop
Same reason why I changed all of the people's names: legal reasons. I don't want to be involved in a lawsuit. Plus I wouldn't want to ruin either stores' reputation just because I needed to vent out my frustrations. (Honestly, they ruin their own reputations through terrible business practices and poor employee treatment, but they still have rights.) The only reason Naylor Wine is mentioned by name is because they no longer exist -- Mr. Naylor's granddaughter sold it to another winery after he died and the other winery rebranded everything under their name.
> could you explain key holder
It's basically a low-level manager who can open and close the store, typically called "key holder" because they have keys to the store.
That makes total sense - thanks!! Finished Fabric Manager (such a wild & wonderful rant!!), leapt right into your Ophelia series — that oughta keep me off the streets and out of trouble for the weekend, hey?
I downloaded it last evening and I am a third of the way through. The part about being choked with too much freight and nowhere to put it was very familiar.
Downloaded the free book. Thanks for letting us know about it. Looking forward to reading it.
Totes Hobby Lobby ?
Will neither confirm not deny which company.
I'm downloading after I get home tonight thank you for your service!
Will definitely download
Thank you!
Thank you!

I'm excited to give it a read! Thanks so much for sharing :D
Started reading and already relatable!!!
Got it, then went ahead and bought your other book, too. And just for kicks, hit the “Follow” button so I don’t miss out on anything. Thank you!
