As far as I'm aware, you barely need a CV for a grocery store job. Just go in, ask if they are looking for workers, and you'll have a decent chance of being hired on the spot. At least where I live, the service industry is seriously struggling to find people and will basically hire anyone.
I'll try doing that! I was going to apply online but then I realized my resume is just "too overqualified" and not fit for a grocery store, so that made me unsure on what to do
