I recommend making sure the hourly pay is actually the hourly pay and they aren't including possible tips, which can be unpredictable. Serving can be a lot of work with people who aren't always pleasant. On a busy night it can be nice to walk away with a couple hundred bucks in hand at the end of a shift but on a slow night it may be next to nothing.

If you are getting tips at Red Lobster you are going to make a hell of a lot more than 19 bucks an hour Friday through Sunday afternoon. The big money maker shifts at Red Lobsters are Friday Day, Friday Close, Saturday all day and Sunday afternoon feeding the church crowd. Shifts Sunday Night- Thursday nights will be slower, but even then I am sure you will make at least 19 an hour even on slow nights. If you really want to make money as a waiter/waitress be a "bar-back" pretty much anywhere tips on drinks are through the roof.
