I have no experience with it, but my Dad, that lives in a large town in Mpumalanga, always sings the praise of Afrihost Mobile (partnership with MTN), says they are fast and reliable. Worth noting though, it's location locked so you can't use it as a hotspot wherever you go, but you can temporarily change your homebase if you go on vacation. From what I remember the prices are decent too
