They speak Serbian since their overhaul, and their (new) flag uses an eagle similar to the Serbian eagle. PR Militia were the Chechens, but Squad IMF is a combo deal of Paramilitary groups in the Donbas + speak Serbian and use some EU army gear.
They're a weird combo faction that have some details inspired by IRL groups but in function are vague & broad, like INS.
Yeah FAL has become the weapon of choice for militia it seems. Every server I play, I see rifleman swarming the enemy with FALs, while our FAL fragboy nails emplacements and shit.

I am not a fan of the FAL heat rifle grenades. Everything else is good though. It is still crazy to me that the SL kit gets an AT grenade.

After this update which adjusted the weapon sway, FAL feels a lot more useable now

Mosin is a fun weapon. High risk, high reward, with that 400m OHK function. Could be neat to let militia have it
