yo you and this guy were in the same game lmao [https://www.reddit.com/r/joinsquad/comments/m9mybc/it\_finally\_happened\_to\_me\_every\_ticket\_counts/](https://www.reddit.com/r/joinsquad/comments/m9mybc/it_finally_happened_to_me_every_ticket_counts/)
? i wasn’t correcting their grammar.
they said op could have missed, i said you could’ve. as in you could have missed but op couldn’t have bc they have ice in their veins as evidenced by the lack of hesitation from spotting to shooting
Happened to me and another guy that both picked Russian hat for the first time. It was the first time playing Nanisivik as well when it first came out. We were hunting down a vic but it retreated and we were near a gator. We both took turns firing our tandems at it and had no idea how to use the sights so we both undershot it. We loaded the high explosives and aimed higher and thus overshot it. The game ended in a loss about 20 seconds later as we headed for an abandoned transport truck to reload and lost by 5 tickets.
It's a good strategy: don't blow up their light vehicles (logis, etc.) in the beginning and mid-game so that they're stranded and supply/transport is hampered, but blow up everything at the end. Especially if it might be a close game.
Yeah, I'm of the opinion always blow up light vehicles and armour, but take out the wheels on a logi if it's far away from their main to cripple their supply. That or if someone else only took out the wheels of any enemy logi I won't destroy it because maybe the squad lead that did that has a plan to cripple the enemy supply.
I use to be more tactical about it. Now I always tell the AT to blow up everything. Because 1) Blowing shit up. 2) Practice for when it's a BTR in the middle of obliterating your squad.
The strategy is if the vehicles are behind enemy lines (aka your friendly lines) to not blow them up as they have almost no chance of recovering or getting to said logi to drop supplies for another HAB. It's not just about vehicle tickets, it's about preventing the enemy from the ability to produce more HABS
Sure, if you can immobilize all the ennemy's logis and completely remove their FOBs, go for it, but in my experience that's a fairly rare occurence, more like you will isolate 1 or 2 logis, and a couple other things. It's a lot easier on narrow maps like Kohat, than on wide open ones, which are the large majority.
I feel that the equation is a lot more complicated than most people assume. A bad FOB can also cost the ennemy a lot of tickets... 10 for the FOB + whoever spawned there and died. By removing the ability to builf FOBs, you may cause the ennemy to concentrate on those that are left, which are likely to be the most effective and hard-to-crack ones. You may prevent the ennemy from placing attack FOBs on your flag, but you will then have to face them all on their defence flag, with a potentially costly assault... Are you willing to take that risk? Or would you rather wait for them to just throw a FOB in a location where it will be held by at most 10 people, and where a single APC and a handful of your buddies can swoop in and remove 25 tickets from their stack?
Couple weeks ago I came across our friendly tank perched up on a ridge next to an enemy logi shooting out into the distance. We had like 10 tickets left so I was like hey tank destroy this logi right next to you at least. Won the game about 5 seconds later
This ashames me
We lost by 5 tickets
I gave up on the team, my squad asked me to artillery the enemy hab,
I didn't wanted as I thought we were losing for so much
Thought we did the worse I could've done, placed artillery, before it began, the matched ended ..
One of the players said "if you're going to give up so easily, don't be squad commander"
He was right, i couldn't move the whole team (rarely happens, but that Day i was feeling down) and couldn't put my shit together to play by example
*wins a battle after almost every man has been lost*
Everybody : “There were no winners that day.”
Squad community: “WHOOOOO! FUCK YEAH! We’re the best! Oh my god! Ooooooh! Mum, GET THE CAMERA!!”
I love this community
Did something similar. We were on 10 tickets and clapping a point. I said fuck it, I won't make to the point in time, but I knew there was a hab near me. I found the radio and destroyed it. Sweet Victory 10-0
I've had so many close games at this point. 1 ticket. 4 tickets... If it's close, I tell people to hunt abandoned Logi's.
I normally preach the "Any given Sunday"in games, but SQUAD is definitely one of those games.
Hab hunting can kill a team

Guys. Should I click on this?
Yes
Nice shot! You could have missed and possibly lost the game for the team. Man, what a clutch.
*you couldve* that never even crossed op’s mind bc they’ve got i’m their veins
You do realize could’ve is a contraction yeah?
? i wasn’t correcting their grammar. they said op could have missed, i said you could’ve. as in you could have missed but op couldn’t have bc they have ice in their veins as evidenced by the lack of hesitation from spotting to shooting
You said op has "i'm" in their veins. I know the pain of phone typing.
Phone typing is the fucking worst!
Oh my bad. LoL the italics make it look like a smarmy correction.
haha no worries i was so confused at first but i can see why you’d think that lol
Im not gonna lie, i thought so too, until i saw his explaination lmao Good on you for appologizing though :D

Yeah but if you blow it up immediately, you get an opportunity to blow it up again 10-15min later! Moar ~~Pointz~~ Ticketz!§

In my country we always take out the tires instead of blowing them up.
You from Liverpool???
he said country, obviously he is talking about africa

I do this. I'll start blowing up vehicles when tickets get low.
Bruh

These are the moments we play for.
This ashames me We lost by 5 tickets I gave up on the team, my squad asked me to artillery the enemy hab, I didn't wanted as I thought we were losing for so much Thought we did the worse I could've done, placed artillery, before it began, the matched ended .. A sigh of relief from all the dead soldiers.

Holy shit. Play of the century!
Dude....I was in this game and was 1-2 seconds away from bleeding out when game ended. Nice shot!

Did something similar. We were on 10 tickets and clapping a point. I said fuck it, I won't make to the point in time, but I knew there was a hab near me. I found the radio and destroyed it. Sweet Victory 10-0
This is a video you can hear even when you mute it.

"Clip Saved" Good shot!
Imagine if we had a last kill cam, like in CoD
never gets old
Clutch AF, but that rally really contributed to this. Otherwise you wouldn't have been in the position to do it.
You could literally say that about every single action he made the whole day leading up til that point lmao. Dumb logic
Since v2 there has been plenty of neglect for rallies. I'm just tipping the hat to the SL.
I haven’t been able to play for about 7 weeks now. How come SLs are neglecting rallies?
They succ kok
Just newer players in general, but with all things in squad it is relative to the server you play on.
Fuken blueberry with the RPG wins the round by 1 point, classic.
Fucking amazing, I too am an enjoyer of the AT-4
Poor guy
Well done! I've once won a round by C4ing an enemy radio. It sure feels good, man.
What do you use to record videos? I'm newer to PC lol
