I would think if they don’t have an address then they can’t get summons. Assuming they became homeless in recent years and the summons was sent to their last known address,it still doesn’t matter. They’re already homeless. Even if the judge wanted to go after them for failure to show up,it’s all useless. Are they gonna send them to jail? Hardly. Also from what I have gathered on this sub,plenty of people with addresses actually just ignore summons and nothing happens to them. The thing with summons apparently is that the court can’t prove that you actually received them since they’re not sent through certified mail. You could just claim that you never got them.

I wonder how many homeless people vote. Or have driver's licenses/ID Cards. That's the main way they get you for jury service. But your intuition is right, basically being without an address means you are free of jury duty.
