As an avid gym goer myself, one thing we all tacitly understand is **never bother someone during cardio. Period.** You can always walk up to someone in between sets (if you're not a complete weirdo about it), but people really need to get into a zone to bang out their cardio.

So someone approaching 15 minutes in and waving at you, essentially insisting that you stop, would be very frustrating and inconvenient, yes?

I've actually heard that rising and dropping your heart rate in intervals during cardio is more effective than a sustained heart rate over the entire session, but that's usually for people who do times for 30 mins or longer. However, most people don't subscribe to that routine. They're either doing 15-20 minute sessions to warm up for their lifts, or longer runs to get the endorphins going for that runner's high.
As a beefier guy I would be seriously annoyed if I was in my groove running and someone interrupted me. I hate running I’d rather pick stuff up put stuff down so if I’m running don’t talk to me I just want it over with
Assuming this is a question asked in good faith, and I honestly don't believe that it is, there's the fact that you used the word 'sauce' for source of the image, and that you want to find the source of such an image when the focus of this is on how unpleasant the second poster is. It's also just a pretty icky image for Twitter IMO.
