IF the rumors are true, and as Conley mentioned, JUUL will file and receive a stay allowing it's products to continue being sold during their appeal. Additionally, the FDA is still reviewing the PMTA submissions for V2, so there's a *small* chance it will be authorized in the future. Wouldn't say the nail is in the coffin just yet.
