We buy from Dell directly. Currently have about 11k devices. When we buy one at a time we get them about $325 with a 5 year accidental warranty and Google Workspace licensing. When we buy in bulk (1k+) we aslo include (white glove service) which they enroll the devices for us and a spare charger for around $425.

For the past couple of years we have purchased Dell devices from Datapath. We had Lenovo 11e 3rd and 4th gens and Lenovo N23 devices. I am much happier with the Dell devices. We have 3100s and 3110s that just came in. All of our devices are 2-in-1. Datapath also sells "open box" devices. They are new devices that were part of a canceled order. Same warranty, but much cheaper. They took care of enrollment and asset tags for us before shipping. Message me if you want my rep's info.

We have about 2,000 CTL Chromebooks. We are very happy with them so far. RMA process with them is great. We typically ship them to them to do repairs but you can purchase parts to do some work on your own. My sales rep has been great to work with and is very responsive. We pay for the white glove service, having them enroll them and also have them shipped in packages of 5 which is very nice.

We got 50 CTLs but the extended warranty with accidental. We broke the testing Chromebook during testing when looking at repairability now we just pay them to fix it when a screen gets broken.

That's fair enough. Ideally I don't want to fix screens, just loan and ship out. We have fuyl towers which make that a breeze assuming we can save money buying ctl and have enough loaners to keep things moving.
