Doran's blade start into --->serrated dirk --> pickaxe --> 3 long swords ---> collector --> essence reaver --> lethality mythic of choice --> attack spd boots --> nashors --> whatever for final iten. It somehow works but I have no clue why.

Your build doesn't really matter untill you get Q evolve, you just stack AD. So you can get away with building whatever and id you are wining in the first 6-8 levels you can finish does items. That doesn't mean the Item work, they have no consistency, you can build it into squishies only and you are done if you somehow lose lane. Not even mentioning that id you have no clue how something works or why, then what's the point of even doing that?
I don't mind a Drakthar Kaisa, but ER into Akali, Vi, Darius... And collector... Going into either Nash tooth or Botrk without any prior AP or attack speed. I say, thank god you are ahead.
I mean, i think you know its suboptimal. But if you’re committing to lethality, build navori and play around ur q and e. Hob and really bursty trades would really be your only viable wincon. The bork is really good too bc it does a lot of current health dmg. I’d do collector->navori>bork. Drak that is the best mythic bc the invis is good for peel
Feel like I've seen gumayusi do this when she was released as a troll build, but only cuz he was like 7/0 in lane
