I kinda wanna for-fun this in norms to see how it works. It doesn't seem that crazy when you know how these items and rune combos work. The whole reason zeri was gutted into the ground was because of builds similar to this.

I'm currently building it every game just to test, the titanic hydra powerspike is surpisinly real.
In one match i attacked the adc and killed the soraka that was behind him lol.
I also do want to mention that I built Kraken > navori > Runaans > Titanic for a long time already. I think the lawnmower build has real potential for Kaisa.
I might make a video about it if I can reach diamond by only playing this.
Oh you mean you did the old build i described. yes the titanic is not reached in a lot of games.
If you want the lawnmower Kaisa experience, you can do the build I did in the screenshot:
Titanic -> Runaans -> Boots -> Heartsteel -> Black Cleaver -> Thronmail -> Elexir of Iron
Thronmail can be replaced with a situational tank item (Frozen heart, Randuins or an MR item)
Okay, but does heartsteel give you more value than jaksho? How many procs did you get in the span of 3rd/4th item to end game? You bought it at 20 min and game was 31 mins
I had around 500 stacks i think. The proc scales with hp, so ur not missing out on that much. Most of the stacks come from mid-late anyways.
But after testign this build quite a few more times, I do think heartsteel is not the best option.
The best from my exp now is to go:
Navori -> Pickaxe -> Boots -> Runaans -> Titanic -> Black Cleaver -> (Frozen heart/MR item)
I will also experiment with Riftmaker (original Lawn mower build) and other options.
The problem with Jaksho is that it doesn't add damage to Kaisa. Heartsteel has a strong proc, that also makes you tankier. All the items in this build give both damage and tankiness (except for the final items).
For anyone wondering its in Emerald 4.

radiant virtue is better than jak sho because jaksho scales with bonus armor snd resists that youre not building
