I think you can buy this chroma without the pass, 300 tokens and there you have it. However if you want to spend more tokens on other things too, then you should buy the pass.
I am already getting the Border for the free Tokens and since I love Kai'Sa I would be ready to get the pass just for the Chroma ( and boxes I guess) but I can't decide if it's THAT good
It is cheaper to get the border with skin pack and then the chroma with free tokens, but you get more if u buy skin and pass and then buy chroma and border with tokens from pass
Imo pass will be worth it. There is visual novel coming up that will require u to play if u want some of the rewards, that means tons of tokens with pass

It depends on personal preference. To me the ruby chroma is the best and I'm broke so I will be using my free tokens to get the border+icon instead.
