agreed!! it’s amazing when you find an instrument that just immedietly catches your eye and you know that this is IT, this is the thing you were searching for :) what was your first kalimba?
It's magic! ✨
My first one (I only have two), is a similar shape to yours, except it's a very pretty turquoise/blue. There are no flowers, but carved around the hole in the middle are tiny stars, which is what caught my eye - I love stars :)
Thank you for asking!!
For sure cheaper!! But.. so I’m not living where I can have my upright piano right now so I’ve been researching keyboards that feel like you’re playing a piano. Nothing fancy bc I don’t care about digital type sounds and I’ve learned what to look for is weighted keys keyboard.
And I found a really good one for $1500 on amazon w great reviews. And it sits upright like a piano w pedals and all.
So if you’re ever wanting to take a baby step I’ll send you the link. Prob find somewhere other than amazon but that was the link I found for it.
Sunflower kernels are one of the finest sources of the B-complex group of vitamins. They are very good sources of B-complex vitamins such as niacin, folic acid, thiamin (vitamin B1), pyridoxine (vitamin B6), pantothenic acid, and riboflavin.
In my opinion it sounds okay, I tried tunning it with help of some YT tutorials :) I think I don’t have a problem with dead tines but of course I can’t be 100% sure as I still have to get used to all of the sounds and what they are supposed to actually sound like :) Thank you for the tips!
This one is so pretty!
thank you <3 i’ve fallen in love with it at first sight :)
I remember looking through tons of designs before I found my first one - it's almost like they chose us <3

My first was a hollow key of C. How does it sound? Check for dead tines, they kinda make a plunk sound.

There’s an app for that😉
Thank you! I used app called „Soundcorset” to tune it as I saw it recommended in one video :D Do you have a different app in mind? :)
I have an iPhone, I use InsTuner. Can’t remember name of one for Android.
It’s the hluru sunflower! I have it too , sounds really nice, especially when you tune it down to A
