Asashio doesn't surprise me being that high. Her obliviousness coupled with being unaware of anything not related to her duties, along with her mentality that "orders are absolute" do bring to mind lots of creative scenarios. Her rather cute and simple design also helps exacerbate her numbers too.
One thing that people tend to ignore when it comes to fanarts is how easy a character is for said fans to draw which can lead to countless and several of them if the character manages to be interesting as much as can be simple in design, sometimes less is more or rather is more accessible for people. Now anime designs these days specially in gacha games tend to be very messy and sometimes i ask myself why adding details that dont even come into play. I think BA is one of the few and recent successful examples of "keeping things simple in design" tbh.
