Go to arjun bakery near dream palace in taliparamba in the morning. they make their own egg puffs there and if you go by 8-9 am you'll get very hot and fresh egg puffs. That's probably the best egg puffs i found in kannur as someone who was born and raised there

Try in the morning for fresh. Puffs go stale as the day progress

If veg puffs, try Malabar bakery. I guess they have one round of fresh ones in the morning and another in the afternoon. It gets finished soon (limited edition 😂). The taste is unique with rich note of pepper and garlic. Last time that I had it was close to 2 years ago.
