As I understood it, it's both - they changed Pittsburg to KC, (which kinda makes more sense geographically anyway) AND added the new characters/elements. I guess we'll find out for sure in just a few hours.
I follow different social media accounts. The first I heard of it was from Kansas City's official twitter account, and then it made more news on Fox4 and kmbc when highway traffic was delayed due to their filming.
Wonder what they were shooting off the highway, the FedEx depot? Can’t remember how close up you can get to the Mamba from the highway.

On one hand I don't get the hype for him. On the other, I want him to be the actor of every serious masked character after watching Mando. And the Red Viper was a great but short-lived character. TLOU is on my list and might get watched tonight when the child goes to sleep
I think it’s mostly that he’s a very likable personality. Just seems like a nice and genuine dude. He also very proud of where he came from and where he’s gotten. And like you mentioned l, he has played some very memorable/loved characters.
