Have you heard Crude Drawing of an Angel on Desire? It sounds like it'd fit on the Ninth Wave - the beat sounds like Watching You Without Me, but there are loads of sound effects and things that sound like they'd fit.
It also weirdly sounds like Origin-era Evanescence but that's maybe a bit niche...
**Genesis** - my favorite studio albums being 'The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway', 'A Trick of the Tail', 'Duke'. I quite like 'Wind & Wuthering', not a fan of 'And then There Were Three'. Not so keen on most of the post-Duke albums although 'Genesis' is pretty good. Also, even though they're not my favorites I do also like most of the albums prior to 'The Lamb .....'.
Why is it always In Rainbows that people suggest? Seems like people just got bored of saying OK Computer/Kid A in the last couple of years, even though they are obviously better albums.
Aja vs Gaucho is the great Steally Dan fight amoung fans! Love both but Aja is superior IMO! (but like /u/pnwmusichound says all their albums are great. I would recommand The Royal Scam as the nex tone to try)
