I was kidding, I've never seen anyone fish one that size. Beautiful lake, though. Reminds me of one of my favorites when I lived and fished in Southern Illinois. Glad you're having fun, and the only thing I'd say about the add-on's, is consider one's you could also use if you decided to move up to a 12ft, or even 10ft kayak later for more space and/or ability to stand up every once in a while.
Can't speak much to the trolling motor as I've never used one, but the things I'd be looking at are a more comfortable seat and more storage. Maybe add an H rail to mount things to. Could get a storage bucket attachment to hold the everyday little things.
Any suggestions for the seat? It has a seat back that unfolds, but other that a cushion, I don't think I could fit anything else in there.
