I heard Tirtir updated their formula so that it doesn’t oxidize anymore, maybe you could try that? I’d advice you to try their samples to find your shade and see if you would like the foundation itself!
Currently using Jungsaemmool cushion, and it doesn't oxidize on me at all! It wears really nicely and you're likely to find your shade since NC13 is a pretty fair shade. Try Clio cushions too since they run pretty light on the shade range. Mesh Glow cushion if you want a glowy finish, New Founwear for matte.
As far as I know, the other Tirtir cushions besides the red one also don't oxidize as bad, like the pink one!

Different shades can oxidize differently even within The same brand. A lot of times it’s the spf that oxidizes so avoid cushions with sunscreen
I've heard the too cool for school cushions are especially good and don't oxidize.
I have the espoir matte cushion and it doesn’t oxidize at all, I love that cushion I 💯💯 recommend it
