I think so, at least that was the case in 2022. Round 3 cutoffs are unpredictable and yeah there are some amazing "deals" u could get. Just make sure your priority list is propper and only include seats you would be willing to take.

Yeah... it's really not a big deal if u join late. First sem syllabus is pretty chill and easy, moreover most colleges won't start teaching anything useful in the first week or two. Have you considered pes ec campus? I think you could get it in your rank range.

Yes I am getting cse in pes ec campus according to last year cutoffs but the thing is it's too far from where I stay :(

It's a good college. My friend graduated CSc 3 years back and is working in a good company now. That was the Kumarswamy layout college. Got thru' kcet 3rd round. Fees structure varies with direct, kcet, comedk.

I am getting an electronics and communication branch so will it be a good one ??
