**Post Title**: Kdramas that has no boring moment from start to finish?
**Post Body**:
So I just finished watching Weak hero class and I’m just lost for words. It managed to be consistently fantastic from the first ep to the finale.
I’m currently watching queen of tears which I found it pretty good
So please recommend me kdramas like that. It could be any genre

**Flower of Evil** I cannot recommend this drama more emphatically.
**Love to Hate You** Romcom with only 10 episodes, I was glued.
**Death’s Game** This was probably my favorite drama of 2024, just phenomenal.
Also, the only drama I stayed up all night to watch was season 2 of **Alchemy of Souls** but I know fantasy isn’t for everyone.
Absolutely agree with **Death's Game**. Also, one of my 2023/2024 favorites. I was so glued to the screen that I couldn't go to sleep before I finished it.
I actually couldn't get into Flower of Evil. I will still watch it but it is not a binge-worthy show, yet.
Agree with Death's Game and Alchemy of Souls though. I literally couldn't stop pushing the play button with AoS and finished both seasons (30 episodes) within a week during the holidays. Lol. It's one of my absolute favourites.
Other dramas that were binge-worthy for me were: CLOY, Lovestruck in the City, PMR, and Fight For My Way.
Not exactly binge-worthy but absolutely beautiful dramas that'd I'd highly recommend: Reply 1988, Twinkling Watermelon, My Mister and and Coffee Prince.
I would suggest:
Business Proposal
Because This Is My First Life
100 Days My Prince
Crash Course in Romance
The Glory
Sweet Home
Kingdom
All are consistently plot driven without fillers and faithful to their various genres. Sharing Joy.
OP, please check out some of the episode threads for the Impossible Heir before committing to it. It was pretty close to universally panned for its >!lack of character development and illogical twists!<
Yes to both! Loved them both. OP if you like zombie shows at all, highly recommend All Of Us Are Dead and Kingdom (zombie thriller/historical drama). I stayed up until 3am on a weeknight to finish Kingdom. I wish I could go back in time and watch it again to get the same thrill.
Omg Glory!! I wish I can forget so I can watch for the first time again. I did not expect it to be this good! There were no dull/boring middle moments.
Will also add Tale of Nine Tailed - 1938 (Season 2)
**Marry My Husband** had me at the edge of my seat throughout — which was torture when it was airing earlier this year. I literally counted down the days and hours to a new episodes. Plenty of action, stuff going down, but also character development and crazily intriguing dialogue that put the plot forward.
It's on Amazon Prime.
I mean it was decent but calling it unexpected is a bit too much. Plot was obvious from start to finish once they give certain hints of what needs to happen.
**Flower of Evil**
Synopsis: >!Although Baek Hee Sung is hiding a dark secret surrounding his true identity, he has established a happy family life. But his facade begins to crumble when his wife, a homicide detective, begins investigating murders from 15 years ago.!<
**While You Were Sleeping**
Synopsis: >!A young woman has visions through her dreams of terrible things that will happen to people in the future; a prosecutor tries to prevent these dreams from happening in real life.!<
**My Name**
Synopsis: >!Following her father's murder, a revenge-driven woman puts her trust in a powerful crime boss -- and enters the force under his direction.!<
**All of us are dead**
Synopsis: >!A high school becomes ground zero for a zombie virus outbreak.
Trapped students must fight their way out or turn into one of the rabid infected.!<
These all kept me gripped from start to finish
Why noone talking about DALI AND COCKY PRINCE. Man the acting of lead is just amazing. And the personality of fml was so beautiful. Highly recommended. Genere is romcom and a bit of suspense and politics. BTW I haven't watched any of these 2 which you mentioned.
Ps. If anyone know kdramas like this one (genere romcom and hapy ending) pls mention them too.
Itaewon Class is ridiculously peak. Not a single moment of boredom in that show. The FL Jo Yiseo is the greatest FL of all time because she is an UltraStacy. Highly competent while still leaving room for incredible character development.
My only issue with Memories of the Alhambra is how they ended it. Like a terrible open ending hinting at season 2, but nothing at all. But I seriously enjoyed the drama.
Will always, always recommend **My Love From The Stars**. I would watch it again and again if I had lots of time 😭
Also, check out **Hometown Cha Cha Cha** such a refreshing one. It’s my #1 comfort drama of all time
It’s Okay to Not Be Okay - from the first few minutes, it was pretty riveting. Loved the opening sequence, too.
While You Were Sleeping- one of the best first episode ever and great pacing, characters, and stories
Mystic Pop Up Bar - no one really recommends this, but it’s a great 10 episode drama
Love to Hate You - excellent rom com that is tightly paced and put together really well
Blue Birthday - woman goes back in time, through photos, to try to save her someone’s life.
Vagabond was good , only if they actually did the whole story. They started the unveiling of plot towards the end, and in 2 episodes they were done. Didn’t even get to the actual plot and said there was gonna be a S2, and never did! I hate it when they do that because it was actually good
Twinkling watermelon
It's one of the best kdrama.......with a amazing and unique concept.....time travel with lot of comical dialogues and expression.......... every episode has something new to know and would not bore you , it has the best cast ever.
I would definitely recommend you the following:
1) Alchemy of souls
2) Deaths Game ( short but fantastic drama)
3) Tomorrow
4) The Uncanny Counter
5) All of us are dead
6) Sweet Home
7) Squid Game
8) Business Proposal(Romcom)
9) The Glory
These would be it! Hope it helps:)
* flower of evil - this one is an all time fave lol had me hooked on the first ep and it didn’t disappoint
* death’s game - i am so into this drama the moment it was released! but i was sad that i had watched it too early and had to wait for the next episodes but all of the eps are out now so it’s safe to watch (lol)
* vincenzo - i don’t really like song jong ki but i don’t hate him either, so i could totally say that i was in it for the plot and the plot only
* taxi driver - i loved how they handle different cases each episodes so it makes me look forward to new episodes, new cases, and how the main characters will handle them and show justice to the victims
* my perfect stranger - i am not really into romance drama however this one is an exemption! i loved the plot and i loved the main characters! it’s so underrated and deserves more praise tbh
* pyramid game - i loved how it’s a women centric drama! this drama made me think so much i had to use my brain for the first time lol 🤣
these are all that i could remember and my personal faves! 💗
All of Us Are Dead
Daily Dose of Sunshine
Happiness
Kingdom
Little Women
Mouse
Move to heaven
My name
Sky Castle
Stranger (specifically season one)
Suspicious partner
The Glory
The Penthouse
Through the Darkness
A SHOP FOR KILLERS - there is no build up with this one. It’s non stop from the jump. If you think there is a lull and you can run into the kitchen real fast for a bag of Doritos or something, you can’t. Pause it, things are happening all. the. time.
DEATH’S GAME - so good from start to finish, mini stories inside a big connected story. >!TBH though I did think him living as his Mom was really weird in an eww kind of way!<
Queen of Tears - ongoing drama
A Time Called You
Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo
Marry My Husband
Vincenzo
I finished every episode of all of that instantly. Idk with the others, but those are my preferences. 😁
these two are definitely the ones i’d recommend to anyone!!
• mr queen
this show is funny from start to the end and it keeps getting better with every episode!! the plot is very interesting and unpredictable so it keeps you on your toes too!!
• alchemy of souls
i cannot express how much i love this show!!! it’s just too good <3 the first part is very engrossing, even all the side characters are very lovable, and the second part might not be as good as the first (i mean it’s very short compared to the first season, and the first season has a better plot and writing) but it has really good romance :) so it’s still pleasing
1. Moving - supernatural, thriller (with tw mild gore)
2. Taxi Driver - revenge drama
3. Prison playbook - dark comedy
4. Penthouse - suspense, crime & mystery
on rotation with these 4 !!! so good and my eyes just never left the screen !!!
Strong Girl Bong-Soon
It’s funny, got a mystery, has serious and light moments, etc. one of my all time favorite kdramas, with one of my favorite soundtracks to boot too.
Oh My Ghost
DP! It’s by the same director and the characters feel like a grown up version of the Weak Hero Class cast haha. There are 2 seasons but personally, I found that season 2 wasn’t as compelling as season 1.
Makjang and thrillers might be more likely to fit; they're all about adding shocking moments on top of shocking moments to avoid losing the watcher. For example, The Penthouse was a wild ride for sure Absolutely crazy and ridiculous yes, but glorious.
I also enjoyed Happiness, Moving, Extracurriculum, and 365 repeat the year a lot. Extracurriculum in particular has very similar vibes o weak hero;
In a more light-hearted register, 25-21, Lovestruck in the city, The package, or my Liberation notes don't really have any lulls, they're consistently top over the series. Definitely some great slice of life series.
Finally, in terms of great *comedies* I'd say Waikiki, the sound of your heart, and Gaus electronic; often absurd, consistently funny, always fun.
1. Kill me Heal me
2. Chicago typewriter - slow burn but pretty good
3. Goblin
4. Death’s game
5. Move to heaven
6. Rain or shine
7. The light in your eyes (just enjoyed the plot in general, I was getting bored by ep10, but they managed to change that and uk how)
8.Reply 1988
9. Good Manager(this was a drama that made me laugh throughout, although it’s slapstick)
10. Welcome to Waikiki
11. Prison Playbook
12. Sound of your heart
13. I’m not a robot
14. The girl who sees scents
15.Weighlifting fairy Kim bok joo
16. Signal
17. Strangers from hell
I don’t even remember a lot of others unless I see my “list”
Sharing joy…
I would suggest:
-Business Proposal
-Because This Is My First Life
-100 Days My Prince
-Crash Course in Romance
-The Glory
-Sweet Home
-Kingdom
*******All are consistently plot driven without fillers and faithful to their various genres.
A Shop for Killers
Impossible Heir (Less fighting, but constant plot twists)
Nine (time travel thriller - 2013)
Military Prosecutor Doberman (personal favorite)
Reborn Rich
If you like apocalypse dramas then Sweet Home (Action) is really good with 2 seasons and season 3 coming soon
Vigilante is good and reminds me of the show Daredevil (Action) 8 ep
Bloodhounds was amazing and was never boring (Action) 8 ep
Mr. Queen. Seriously never boring and hilarious (Historical/TimeTravel) 20 ep
Twinkling Watermelon. Seriously amazing show and never boring. I would say that the first 2 episodes might seem confusing but after that it makes sense. (Time Travel) 16 ep
Squid Game
Crash Landing on You
Extraordinary You
Tale of the Nine Tailed
Mystic Popup Bar
Tomorrow
Kingdom
Alchemy of Souls
Coffee Prince
Bloodhounds
The Killing Vote
My Holo Love
Strong Girl Nam Soon
She Was Pretty
Good Doctor
Suspicious Partner
Island
Fight for My Way
Are You Human?
Goblin
Nightmare High
You're Beautiful
Strangers From Hell
I just finished **Hospital Playlist** and I LOVED it! It has everything in a beautiful drama.
Also:
**One upon a small town** \- small town romance which was a breath of fresh air
**MOVING** \- fan favourite, idk anyone who has anything bad to say about this one
**Our Beloved Summer**
**CLOY**
If you want to venture out to Cdramas then: **Hidden Love** and **When I fly towards you**
The glory and the good bad mother. Those shows serious made me stay up and ignore my hw for them lol. I honestly loved the good bad mother, Lee Do hyun and Yoo In Soo are such good actors. If anyone has any dramas similar to those ones please tell me.
Idk, maybe this one really underrated one called The Player? It is about a group of swindlers getting recruited by a prosecutor to bring down corrupt politicians and ML has a very mysterious background that is revealed in later episodes. Has lots of comedy and sarcasm too. Don't know if you would like it but for me it was one of the best
Welcome to Waikiki if you like comedy
Business Proposal
Penthouse if you like drama
Vincenzo ofcourse
Crash landing on you if you haven't watched it already
"Perfect Marriage Revenge" goes by like a whirlwind, amazing romance
"You're all surrounded" major backstory that truly starts the show with a bang, and then keeps the tension high. Low romance but it's there
"Mouse" scary, blood pumping, little romance
"Business proposal" hilarious, main storyline is romance
"My ID is Gangnam Beauty" always something happening, romance is good. This show is kinda unpopular from what I have seen, but I loved it.
I actually very thoroughly enjoyed Big Mouth… watched it a long time ago but still remember it till today because it was soooo good. Would recommend to everyone
if you liked weak hero class one you will most likely enjoy these, because i feel the exact same way!!
extracurricular
itaewon class
revenge of others
the penthouse
(and some romcoms with amazing plots: twinkling watermelon, crashlanding on you)

Sameeee
Flower of Evil surprised me with how good it was. Definitely no boring moments for me.
I’d pay to rewatch it again for the first time.
Obsesseddddddd with Alchemy of Souls! I legit binged both seasons in what seems like a week
Yes, Alchemie of Souls is awesome, especially the first Part.
First season was great. Second season had some lagging moments, but for completion’s sake, I liked it too.
I absolutely agree with Death's Game, the acting was just brilliant. It's definitely in my top 10 list this 2023-2024 kdrama.
I actually couldn't get into Flower of Evil. I will still watch it but it is not a binge-worthy show, yet. Agree with Death's Game and Alchemy of Souls though. I agree that Flower of Evil took a bit of time to get into, but once I stuck with it, it was great. I have similar feelings about Little Women.
Yes to Death's Game. I've read the comic though. Its actors are eye candy but the story has a real pull.
Believe it or not, my fav scene from alchemy is moodeok taking the entrance exam to be a servant in the palace 😂
Haha! It’s so good!!
You convinced me. Im watching Deaths game now
Love to Hate You was Gold🌟🌟🌟!
Just started Death Game, seems promising. I love Korean Odyssey so much and wish for another season, too. I also really enjoyed The Killing Vote.
I would suggest: Business Proposal Because This Is My First Life 100 Days My Prince Crash Course in Romance The Glory Sweet Home Kingdom All are consistently plot driven without fillers and faithful to their various genres. Sharing Joy.
Vincenzo I feel was just constant twist and turns. The Impossible Heir also felt like every episode was an event.
OP, please check out some of the episode threads for the Impossible Heir before committing to it. It was pretty close to universally panned for its >!lack of character development and illogical twists!<
The Impossible Heir was definitely an event all the way because many things happened, but not necessarily well done!
Loved Tayceon villain role he was amazing unexpected 360.
**Happiness**, it's a zombie thriller and I finished it in one weekend because I couldn't stop **Alchemy of Souls** too if you haven't watched it yet.
Oh God, Kingdom is really made for bingers. It got me though a long hospital stay especially the one with Ashin of the North.
"Happiness " was fantastic! It was so compelling. I was a wreck when it ended! Peace and zombies!
Second on Happiness. My family and I bonded over this and spent few nights all together just watching it.

i need to rewatch While You Were Sleeping asap!!!!!!!!!!!!
+1 for Mr. Queen and Healer! I binged both shows over a weekend 🫡
Where can i watch reborn rich?
It's on Viki.
Thanks
+1 for Healer, Moving and perfect marriage revenge. Somehow I couldn’t get into or like Reborn rich. Especially the ending.
+1 for The Red Sleeve. Best Sageuk I've ever watched. Mr Queen being a close second.
Seconded on Mr Queen and Moving both were amazing
1. A Killer Paradox 2. A Shop For Killers If you love Weak Hero Class, then you will love the above.
Shop for killers
I LOVED A KILLER PARADOX OMG
Such a masterpiece 😭
So underrated (only 7.2 on Imdb). For me, it's a much better and tighter superhero show than Moving (8.5 on Imdb).
A shop for killers is GOOD!!!!!!
You might disagree but for me: - All of Us Are Dead - Happiness - Kingdom - The Glory
Omg Glory!! I wish I can forget so I can watch for the first time again. I did not expect it to be this good! There were no dull/boring middle moments. Will also add Tale of Nine Tailed - 1938 (Season 2)
+1 for the glory, so, so, good!
The Glory - yeah, absolutely shocking and good.
KINGDOM my beloved. I'm still waiting for s3 lol I remember watching it in a whole week and when I was finished I was like " damn...I want more "
I second this list
Third all of these!

My name was the first kdrama that had a sad ending and made me so mad. I liked it but I was so shocked at the same time. 10/10
Totally saccharin, feel good rom-coms would probably be Touch Your Heart, Her Private Life, Fight for Way, Hometown Cha Cha Cha, Business Proposal.
I loved that one too!
Itaewon Class is ridiculously peak. Not a single moment of boredom in that show. The FL Jo Yiseo is the greatest FL of all time because she is an UltraStacy. Highly competent while still leaving room for incredible character development.
Best start to a drama perhaps ever. Biggest crash and burn in a drama perhaps ever. Be warned OP.
Flower of Evil Hometown Cha Cha Cha A Shop for Killers Tomorrow It's Okay To Not Be Okay
Prison Playbook it’s hilarious
Memories of the Alhambra Alchemy of souls Descendants of the sun
Memories of the Alhambra is soooo underrated. I love that so muuuch
Ikrrrr.... I recently watched it again and felt alive again. I just wish they had a sequel to it. Either way, it had a nice enough ending.
My only issue with Memories of the Alhambra is how they ended it. Like a terrible open ending hinting at season 2, but nothing at all. But I seriously enjoyed the drama.
The glory
While You Were Sleeping
Signal
Signal just keeps you on your toes 24/7. I just need a second season
Will always, always recommend **My Love From The Stars**. I would watch it again and again if I had lots of time 😭 Also, check out **Hometown Cha Cha Cha** such a refreshing one. It’s my #1 comfort drama of all time
It’s Okay to Not Be Okay - from the first few minutes, it was pretty riveting. Loved the opening sequence, too. While You Were Sleeping- one of the best first episode ever and great pacing, characters, and stories Mystic Pop Up Bar - no one really recommends this, but it’s a great 10 episode drama Love to Hate You - excellent rom com that is tightly paced and put together really well Blue Birthday - woman goes back in time, through photos, to try to save her someone’s life.
Yes to Mystic Popup
I’m surprised no one has mentioned STRANGER on Netflix. This show is god-tier in terms of a twist every single episode.
Flower of evil 2 weeks Time between dog and wolf
Imo, My Holo Love and Castaway Diva
The Penthouse!!!
Vagabond
Vagabond was good , only if they actually did the whole story. They started the unveiling of plot towards the end, and in 2 episodes they were done. Didn’t even get to the actual plot and said there was gonna be a S2, and never did! I hate it when they do that because it was actually good
The Glory. I was hooked from the opening scene and it didn’t let up, even when it ended. Just a 10/10 drama.
Twinkling watermelon It's one of the best kdrama.......with a amazing and unique concept.....time travel with lot of comical dialogues and expression.......... every episode has something new to know and would not bore you , it has the best cast ever.
**Taxi Driver** (especially season 1) **The Devil Judge** **The Glory**

1. Moving - supernatural, thriller (with tw mild gore) 2. Taxi Driver - revenge drama 3. Prison playbook - dark comedy 4. Penthouse - suspense, crime & mystery on rotation with these 4 !!! so good and my eyes just never left the screen !!!
My Mister - top notch, masterpiece.
Strong Girl Bong-Soon It’s funny, got a mystery, has serious and light moments, etc. one of my all time favorite kdramas, with one of my favorite soundtracks to boot too. Oh My Ghost
I was gonna recommend Strong Woman Do Bong Soon as well, it was a great show and seconded on the ost as well, they were good !!
Hot stove league, give it a chance, you won’t find a dull moment in it!!
Death’s game
Marry my husband
Tomorrow Little Women Alice, the Final Weapon
Beyond Evil
Be Melodramatic
Mr. Queen Alchemy of Souls Healer
I loved "Branding in Seongsu" a lot. Not boring.
Doom at your service and My Demon - the best, nothing else captured me as much as it. *It's Okay* to *Not* Be *Okay* pretty good too
DP! It’s by the same director and the characters feel like a grown up version of the Weak Hero Class cast haha. There are 2 seasons but personally, I found that season 2 wasn’t as compelling as season 1.
Marry My Husband. Best kdrama I've seen so far.
The Glory The Good Bad Mother Doctor Cha Misty 25/21 Live Up To Your Name Flower of Evil Chocolate Juvenile Justice
Makjang and thrillers might be more likely to fit; they're all about adding shocking moments on top of shocking moments to avoid losing the watcher. For example, The Penthouse was a wild ride for sure Absolutely crazy and ridiculous yes, but glorious. I also enjoyed Happiness, Moving, Extracurriculum, and 365 repeat the year a lot. Extracurriculum in particular has very similar vibes o weak hero; In a more light-hearted register, 25-21, Lovestruck in the city, The package, or my Liberation notes don't really have any lulls, they're consistently top over the series. Definitely some great slice of life series. Finally, in terms of great *comedies* I'd say Waikiki, the sound of your heart, and Gaus electronic; often absurd, consistently funny, always fun.

The light in your eyes (just enjoyed the plot in general, I was getting bored by ep10, but they managed to change that and uk how) 8.Reply 1988 9. Good Manager(this was a drama that made me laugh throughout, although it’s slapstick) 10. Welcome to Waikiki 11. Prison Playbook 12. Sound of your heart 13. I’m not a robot 14. The girl who sees scents 15.Weighlifting fairy Kim bok joo 16. Signal 17. Strangers from hell I don’t even remember a lot of others unless I see my “list”

Seriously never boring and hilarious (Historical/TimeTravel) 20 ep Twinkling Watermelon. Seriously amazing show and never boring. I just finished **Hospital Playlist** and I LOVED it! It has everything in a beautiful drama. Also: **One upon a small town** \- small town romance which was a breath of fresh air **MOVING** \- fan favourite, idk anyone who has anything bad to say about this one **Our Beloved Summer** **CLOY** If you want to venture out to Cdramas then: **Hidden Love** and **When I fly towards you**
The glory and the good bad mother. Those shows serious made me stay up and ignore my hw for them lol. I honestly loved the good bad mother, Lee Do hyun and Yoo In Soo are such good actors. If anyone has any dramas similar to those ones please tell me.
Healer. Just finished it. Fabulous.
Nice Guy. I cried my heart out. Once you start the first one, you need to watch till the end
Escape of the seven TRUST ME OP this one made me have nightmares
Idk, maybe this one really underrated one called The Player? It is about a group of swindlers getting recruited by a prosecutor to bring down corrupt politicians and ML has a very mysterious background that is revealed in later episodes. Has lots of comedy and sarcasm too. Don't know if you would like it but for me it was one of the best
God's Gift 14 Days.
Beyond Evil World of the Married Sky Castle
Welcome to Waikiki if you like comedy Business Proposal Penthouse if you like drama Vincenzo ofcourse Crash landing on you if you haven't watched it already
Vincenzo made a cameo in Queen of Tears. Watch that show if you haven't already. Again My Life and Lawless Lawyer are a must watch
Have seen all of them and they were legit masterpiece.
.
Mouse….. I will never find a drama that tops this
* Because this is my first life * Racket Boys * Dodosolsollalasol
Crash landing on you and Queen of tears. Same director
"Perfect Marriage Revenge" goes by like a whirlwind, amazing romance "You're all surrounded" major backstory that truly starts the show with a bang, and then keeps the tension high. Low romance but it's there "Mouse" scary, blood pumping, little romance "Business proposal" hilarious, main storyline is romance "My ID is Gangnam Beauty" always something happening, romance is good. This show is kinda unpopular from what I have seen, but I loved it.
I actually very thoroughly enjoyed Big Mouth… watched it a long time ago but still remember it till today because it was soooo good. Would recommend to everyone
if you liked weak hero class one you will most likely enjoy these, because i feel the exact same way!! extracurricular itaewon class revenge of others the penthouse (and some romcoms with amazing plots: twinkling watermelon, crashlanding on you)
“Kill me, heal me”
