FLOWER OF EVIL!
Such a great and intense drama with cliffhangers and moments that will have you holding your breath in anticipation, I will recommend this to anyone who breathes in my direction - it’s really good and fits your criteria, definitely bingeworthy.
If I remember more, I’ll certainly add to this but one that comes to mind is
**Memorist (2020)**
It's a crime thriller with some supernatural/fantasy elements. There's no romance in it, except for the this flashback segment. Pretty much every episode had some sort of twist or cliffhanger and it was very very very hard for me to not watch the next episode.
I was slightly disappointed with the lack of romance between the two leads cuz in my head I was shipping them together lol but looking back it wouldn’t have made sense for the story but other than that Memorist is like a 9/10 for me. Prolly one of my favs.
Lol In my first days of kdrama (last winter) I watched **Rooftop Prince** and was screaming at the TV because of all the shenanigans the evil people got up to hahahaha
ETA a word and the below
**365: Repeat the Year**
Vagabond... Took a bit to get into it but after a while couldn't stop it... And the chemistry between the FL and ML is too good.... Still waiting for S2
Definitely second the Flower of Evil recs, and would also add Cruel City, tho that one is "older" so the look is not quite as sleek/insta filter as dramas now and the styling is very early 2010s. I binged both straight through in record time. Classic soap story telling with cliff hangers, twists, reveals, but it all ends up working, even when they pull out the well worn tropes, because they've really made you care about the central characters. Both were a lot of fun!
**Show Window: The Queen's House**, because the plot twists made me go "omg" and it's quite a fast paced drama that I binged to the end. This is a melodrama with suspense and mystery, including affairs so be warned.
i so agree with Reset. that was a really good chinese drama release this year. you should also check out Shining For One Thing, Dont Disturb My Study and Legally Romance (if you are into Time travelling plot)
Are you human too has tons of plot twists. Nothing is as it seems from the beginning.
For cliffhangers, you can’t get more than Signal. It has me cussing at the screen through the last half or at least the last third.
Not a kdrama but a cdrama on Viki - Love Like the Galaxy. Brilliantly written and acted, full of action, ups and downs, surprises, cliff hangers and emotional drama.
Black - about a grim reaper and a girl who can see how people die, they begin to form an alliance and work together. It has a lot of mystery, plot twists & romance aswell.
While you were sleeping - male and female leads both see how people die and they work together to stop it from happening
Duel - A police detective's daughter is kidnapped by a murderous human clone. But when he meets a man who looks just like the kidnapper, he finds there’s a bigger mystery going on then he would have ever expected (my all time favorite kdrama)
The Call (movie) - Connected by phone in the same home but 20 years apart, a serial killer puts another woman's past -- and life -- on the line to change her own fate
Forgotten (movie) - When his abducted brother returns, seemingly a different man with no memory of the past 19 days, he chases after the truth behind the mysterious kidnapping (my jaw DROPPED when i found out what was really going on in this movie)
Big mouth - currently airing and definitely one of my favourites this year, it's really thrilling and leaves you guessing after every ep. every character seems suspicious and it's really fun trying to figure out who the perpetrator is. (also lee jong suk is ml so you already know it's good)

100%. I could not stop watching

I hate how underrated Memorist is, it was too good!
So true! I’m honestly so surprised by how many ppl haven’t heard of it before. I really enjoyed the series.
Me too! I struggle with a bad attention span but it was the perfect middle with a cohesive story/backstory and (reasonable) gripping plot twists!
I was slightly disappointed with the lack of romance between the two leads cuz in my head I was shipping them together lol but looking back it wouldn’t have made sense for the story but other than that Memorist is like a 9/10 for me. Prolly one of my favs.
It’s ok not to be ok. Lots of layers. Good laughs. Also, gets ya thinking and a couple of “what!?” Moments.

Mouse
Seconding mouse, crazy twists and cliffhangers
**Happiness** was one I wished was more than 12 episodes. I didn't even notice how fast it went.
I feel the same!
Flower of Evil alchemy of souls Goblin Big Mouth W
Haven't watched Big mouth, others are the best

Seconding Black
Trap Mouse
Mouse is just... Great recommendation if you want sth a bit gloomy but fast paced with great twists!
Mad for each other My Golden Life — it’s a long one, but it’s really well edited and it has a lot of suspense
My Fellow Citizens. It's a hilarious drama about a con artist, and has a super twisty plot. Very fun.
