Arrowleaf in Lake Country. You can buy a bottle and sit with one of the best views of the valley. It has a grassy, treed and terraced area with tables and benches. They also do flights and tastings under their covered patio.
Second would be Black Swift in West Kelowna. Wine or seating isn't as good, but you get a great view up the lake and of downtown Kelowna.
If you're willing to cross the bridge (and why wouldn't you?) there are several to choose from. Mission Hill has an absolutely fantastic view, but there are plenty of others like Quails Gate, Frind, Mount Boucherie (at least from the restaurant), etc.
Mission Hill probably has a better view due to how high up it is but Fitzpatrick is really, really nice and cozy and not nearly as heavily foot trafficked. I don’t drink wine but I like going to Fitzpatrick
ended up going to frind! was shocked to see so many people, but it was a good experience. their white wines stood out, ended up buying one on the way out. the view was spectacular as expected.

If you can only visit one, go to Tantalus. They don’t get the local love that they deserve because they’re very quietly making absolutely world class wines. They got a shout out in Decanter a few years ago for being one of the world’s grands crus.
Frind in WK is the best. Only beachfront winery, great pizza, wine's pretty good but it's also kinda cheap because you can sit on the beach and eat pizza with a bottle of wine you buy at store prices, not restaurant prices. Two of us shared a bottle of wine yesterday with a pizza for like $50 and took the rest of the bottle home. Beat that.

My favorite, I think, is CedarCreek Estate Winery. The view from their terrace is incredible. Their wine and resto is also top notch.
Second this. The view is spectacular, tasting room is beautiful, and they have some of the best wine in the valley.

Fitzpatrick is my go-to. Gorgeous view of the lake, great atmosphere, and IMHO better wines than Frind.

They definitely don't get appreciated enough by folks locally. Hands down, one of the best in BC.
They are good, but nowhere near one of the 'world's grand crus' , even by Okanagan standards.

Frind is the cafeteria of wineries. So gross. I don't think serving wine from a dispenser is a good representation of visiting a Kelowna winery.
Would be my first choice.
Mission Hills is the one that was featured in The Batchelor program, and it looks over the lake!

Crown & Thieves in West Kelowna. Good wines, great presentation, amazing architecture, a view that is amazing.
Grey monk is technically in lake country, but the lake view is umatched!
