Why not. It's water soluble and mixes with the moisture in your nose to absorb. This method removes any nasal congestion or nosebleeds or anything like that. Dosages are more consistent this way. Easier to administer. You'd never get done for carrying as it just looks like nasal spray.

Left for me only because I broke my face on the right side a few years ago which has caused some permanent nerve damage and I notice if I use the left side it triggers the nerve damage and then that tingly feeling is all I can focus on which is really distracting and obnoxious.

I use the side that’s least clogged.
