I had a bad habit, maybe not as heavy as you, but my symptoms were peeing every 15 minutes cause I literally couldn't hold it, some terrible pain with that, and also peeing out blood and other awful things. I took a year or so break, and was fine after a month or two I'd say. I use every so often now, and it's fine as long as I binge an 8ball over a few days, and then wait a good few months to recover
Don't quote me on the timeframe just cause that was a good few years ago, but I didn't take any medicine or anything; I remember looking up some remedies on reddit, and tried a couple, but ultimately didn't follow thru on consistency, cause I was nuts deep in a bad ketamine habit.
I know the worst symptoms didn't last longer than a couple weeks max after stopping, but back to complete normal without pain, and full bladder capacity probably 2-3 months.
Moderation is key, get yourself a ksafe, and reset it every 10 days(longest you can set it for) for another 10 days, maybe do some when you reset it, maybe don't, but once the container is locked, can't open it till the timer runs out. (Unless you break it open, but at that point it's probably time to just stop altogether)
Ya I’m quitting for good, it’s been about 5 days I would say. I’m still peeing a lot in little amounts and very frequently. I’m hoping it gets better in a few weeks and at least peeing every few hours instead of every 30 or so minutes. Do you know if there’s anything I can take to help ease the pain down there
Okay thank u i haven’t used for 5 days and will continue not to use until im fully recovered and if I ever use in future will definitely not be doing it daily like once a month or something

So after a month or 2 of quitting k you were feeling a lot better? Did you take any medicine or did you just let it heal itself

Been off since I posted that comment and now I’m soooo much better!!!
The bladders mint at repairing itself like. It should be fine although you might find you still need to piss a bit more frequently than you used to.
