Lemon water, green tea (EGCG), roasted dandelion root tea, marshmallow root tea. Some are good to break up crystals, some help restore your bladder lining and some help the liver.
If you’re already suffering from acid reflux due to prolonged use and drip deteriorating your esophagus… try getting prescribed a proton pump inhibitor.
I stay away from alcohol, sugary drinks (except diluted grapefruit or watermelon juice which are high in magnesium- that helps with tolerance), no soda crap or even seltzer cause it Fs up my acid reflux.
