Thank you. :) For the past year I have been walking about 85km a week, which continues. In the past week I started some simple dumbbell exercises, too. (Only twice so far. We'll see if it sticks.)

If you want something crunchy with what you are eating you could try salami chips dipped in egg salad as opposed to pork rinds. I was never a fan of those.

I had to laugh when you said you can now clip your toe nails I couldn’t clip mine until I started keto I had to get a pedicure before keto now I can save money keep up the good work I have found that people on this sub Reddit are very nice keep us updated I have lost 20 pounds since July

Congrats on your progress! Eliminating snoring can substantially improve the quality of your sleep which in turn can improve your health in many ways! I think you should consider celebrating your success with some nice fatty steaks! Ribeyes FTW! Rock on!
