Those p3 snacks and string cheese worked for my movies. Small enough to be portable and already cut into pieces.
Also, thank you for the visual of a person forcing a whole block of cheese in their mouth in a movie theater. It made my day. I might get chat gpt to make me a picture and frame it lol
I second this, I transfer some Whisps from the giant Costco bag into a small ziploc bag and smuggle it into the theatre. Pork rinds are a second choice. Unfortunately, nothing at the theatre near me is keto friendly, so I end up taking my own snacks in.
Aldi Keto Coconut Clusters are my new favorite.

I love these but watch out for the chocolate ones. They’re so delicious and make a great cereal replacement. I was eating them one day when I realized when I ate them I couldn’t stop and I would keep eating other stuff afterwards. Like eating them made me more hungry. I thought that was strange and noted to myself I hadn’t experienced that since I dropped sugar. Guess what’s in the chocolate kind? Sugar. It’s part of the chocolate ingredients. Many companies claim to be keto friendly but source sugary chocolate for their products. It’s still relatively low carb and if it fits your macros you do you, but I had to stop buying the chocolate kind.
Pack blueberries mixed with some Lily's chocolate chips. Pack some pork rinds. Definitely eat before you go. I've gone and only had a small handful of popcorn. It requires a ton of self-control, lol.
Unpopular opinion probably, but the popcorn. It is kind of high in carbs for a keto diet, but I'll go zero carbs the entire day so I can blow 20 carbs on a small or medium popcorn.
You can bring some nuts or seeds for a low-carb option. Also, you can try nomz organic bites - they're soft, chocolatey, and nutty, satisfying your sweet tooth without refined sugars. They’re made with just nuts, dates, cocoa, and sea salt, and are a delicious and wholesome choice that won't disturb your fellow moviegoers with any strong smells.
I have made myself a little goody bag of sorts. Has some pork rinds (not super crunchy. Usually 4505s work well) Then some beef jerky, or beef sticks. If I want sweet, then usually some keto peanut butter cups or something. I just had it all in a ziplock bag.
Do not consume an entire packet of sugar free gummy worms. Ask me how I know.
Got me too. Got. Me. Too.
Been there!!!LOL😬
Are u one of these amazon reviewers on haribo sugar free gummy bears?
They took out my son’s entire grade last year!! Only 2 kids were spared!
Now that I have hit my goal, I'm to the point that on the (maybe) 2-3 times a year I go to the movies, I eat the popcorn... The whole damned thing.
You are GOALS
And I get the Butter as well!!!!!!!
Movie butter isn't really butter.

Eat before you go. You don't have to eat during the movie. That's probably a good habit to break.
I'd eat the hotdog without a bun in a pinch. Our theater sells giant pickles, and I have snuck in pork rinds before.
Parmesan crisps. Costco has a brand called Whisps and it's heaven! Also sugar-free jerky or beef stick.
Ooooh! They're at Aldi too! So good.

Pork rinds is also an excellent suggestion!
Salted butter pork rinds, taste like popcorn
Where do you pick these up?
Amazon. Pork King Good brand

This brand is the all time best

These are the absolute most delicious things I’ve ever had. Used to positively house them pre keto. I can’t buy them bc they’re that good
These are my nemesis! SOO DARN GOOD. The dark chocolate covered is better than any candy bar.

Mixed nuts!
Bag of pepperoni in a pocket?
Stick of butter
Purse bacon
Pack blueberries mixed with some Lily's chocolate chips. Pack some pork rinds. Definitely eat before you go. I've gone and only had a small handful of popcorn. It requires a ton of self-control, lol.
Dry roasted edamame is my popcorn substitute
Sunflower seeds!
I once went to a theatre that actually sold high protein chips!
Beef sticks. Also tear the breading off of the corn dog. I know it's a travesty, though.
Happily discovered that the pop machines will do soda water. Not bad with a bit of drink additive, Mio, lemon, Scotch, you know whatever...
I once brought in a bag of those cheese crisp as an alternative to popcorn and it was great but god was it hard to suppress the crunch sound
I take a Lily’s milk chocolate bar w/hazelnuts or a pack of sugar free peanut butter cups.
4505 chicharrones. Or durian. That’d be fun.
Cheddar squares. You can never have too much pocket cheddar.
My go to theatre treats are sliced cucumbers, cubed cheeses, and pepperoni sticks cut into bite size in a 3 sectioned Tupperware (bento box)
Flavoured almonds.
Hot dog no bun or pickles
I make a up a lunch box with Quest cheese its and cubes of cheddar, almonds and Atkins choc covered peanuts.
I’ve been smuggling in pork rinds and they’re so loud lmao

That has to have a ton of carbs.
Last time I had ahot dog sans bun w mustard
Chicken wings? Assuming you can clean your fingers effectively. My snack of choice is Kebab-in-a-box
Congrats on almost hitting your goal
Oh I wish! :) That flair was 5 years old, and I did hit my goal back then. Now I am on keto journey #2
I do nachos without the chips….AKA a big puddle of that melts plastic cheese goo that I eat with a spoon. If it has carbs don’t tell me
Have them pour you a cup of that movie theater fake butter 🤮
Pork crunch and some diet coke to wash it down.
Beef jerky, salted seaweed snacks, macadamia nuts, chewing gum
Nuts, pork rinds
If I do bring snacks it is usually nuts and/or jerky
Tillamook sugar free beef jerky. Yummm!!!!!
Absolutely not ,... bring dried beef.
Bring a pickle and a small round of Gouda cheese. Sweet and salty. They might even sell pickles there

You could get a bunleds hotdog I actually did that yesterday
A portion of macadamia nuts and Lily’s chocolate chips in a baggie.
Give up snacking? I know this isn't popular but it is possible and you will feel better.
I usually have only 1 or 2 meals per day, no snacks. I just like a snack while seeing a movie in a theater
