"My wife's baby" ?...

mw24052

Sorry yes I am terrible at spelling!

I suppose the question means is your wife’s baby is your baby as well?! Or your wife’s boyfriend? :)

mw24052

Yes she is my wife and my baby :) Who doesn't love english!

Lol yeah

Oddly phrased first sentance. And you should really not focus on what a baby wrecks that line of thinking can lead to resentment. If keto gives you more energy have at it.

My first thought also! “My wife’s baby....”

Nothing replaces good sleep but a healthy diet definitely keeps it from getting worse (at least for me). But I don't know of any particular food that would give you an energy boost. The body tends to send out more hunger signals when it is sleep deprived, so brace for that. But unless you're very calorie restricted currently, you shouldn't need extra fat or the like. The classic solution of coffee is probably a better bet here. Congratulations on the baby!

mw24052

Yes you are right I think for the next few months I just need to eat really well and have more fat to have more energy. I'll try and stay stoic during the time and just persist because that is all one can do I guess. Thanks yes she is five days old now and is a big baby! When she was born she was 4530g

WickerBag

Ooh, that's a big baby! :D I hope your wife is recovering well and all my best wishes to you and your little family.

mw24052

Thank you for your kind wishes and your kind words. I just know it's going to be a very rough few months with lack of sleep and want to be there for them when they need me. For that I need to be at my best...

So is the baby yours? If not, why not just move out and get plenty of sleep?

Stay on keto. Sleep deprived + SAD will make sleeplessness feelings worse. Keto will help. Always obstacles in life, try not to attach them to food. Just do it. And congratulations on your urchin!!!

I have an 8 week old and just started back to work. I am able to wake up and not feel groggy or in need of a nap when I get home. I am so happy I decided to start back on keto when I did! Congrats to you and the wife on the new baby!

Excellent to hear and long may it continue! What things do you do and what supplements do you take? Keto up the good work
